Joey Sasa

The Berne based talent has been in the business for over 20 years. Starting of his dj-journey with House and adding several genres over the years such as nu jazz, downtempo, chill out sounds, UK Garage &
Drum and Bass.
 
Around 2012 founded the production duo The Lost Soundsystem and the digital label EMDK Records with Emä.

Today Joey Sasa is going strong in Drum and Bass and House. The versatility within and beyond these genres is one of the main factors which makes him a proper and solid performer. The style is mostly melodic with a beautiful flavor of funk or disco but never too shy of deep basslines. The perfect balance between the mighty underground and more commercial sounds will make any proper crowd go wild! The love and passion for music can clearly be heard and felt in his sets. Occasionally Joey can be seen doing downtempo and lounge sets. Quality sounds brought to you with love, that’s what you can expect!
 
Over 20 years playing at various clubs and events all over Switzerland. From 2001 -2012 various sets at Gurtenfestival, open air St. Gallen and a special set at the Street parade 2004. Abroad, Joey has had the pleasure to play in Osaka, Japan, Bangkok, Koh Samui, Thailand and London, UK.
